There are no Returns and Refunds for the products we sell as artisanal food goods.

Shipping and returns

Shipping your package

Packages are usually shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment and sent by courier.

Shipping charges include packing and postage. Packing charges are fixed, while freight charges vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders executed separately, and shipping charges will be applied to each. Your package will be sent on your responsibility, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes are a reasonable size and your items are well protected.
