Take yolks mixed with grana padano cheese and pistachio pesto .
In a frying pan fry some excellent julienne-cut guanciale , pour in the pasta cooked al dente , add the egg and pistachio cream , stir-fry with the flame off, serve with toasted pistachio granules.

Awkwardness gives me great comfort. I’ve never been cool, but I’ve felt cool. I’ve been in the cool place, but I wasn’t really cool – I was trying to pass for hip or cool.
